2020 RIESLING
$ 18/ Btl

Tumble wines leased this vineyard realizing its high potential to produce Riesling in South East Kelowna. The sandy loam soils of this site are broken up by three distinct veins of pure sand that run perpendicular to the rows, giving the site its "Sandbar Vineyard" name. The 2020 vintage was exceptional all around with steady development of flavors and sugars while our cool site allowed acids to remain high. Extended hang time until the snow came resulted in harvesting on October 24th.

Tasting Notes: Lemon, lime zest, green apple, flowers and classic Riesling petrol aromas compliment a slightly mineral finish. Don't be fooled by the residual sugar on this wine, the tension between acid and sugar on the finish of this wine keeps you coming back for more.
